We can observe lightning and its causes directly. We can observe the spherical nature of the earth directly. We are unable to observe the creation or evolution of man directly. Also, the theory of evolution still does not address the problem of origins, which is why so many are unsatisfied with it.
Note that I'm not taking a stance either way.

Hey, the norse creation is sooo much cooler (and longer) than the silly christian one. Being on a planet made from a giants flesh and us being the sweat of a giant is much better than an "clay and rib" scenario.

Most people,theists or atheists would not understand what Crystallization was.I dont think i have ever met a theist that that would believe in a snow flake making God.

@glendaweil micro and macro are the same thing, but with different time scales. There are no respected scientists that DO NOT believe in evolution. Just as there are no respected scientists that do not believe in gravity. You're not objective, educated or open minded so im not surprised you dont get it. Not believing in evolution is just as dumb as not believing in gravity. Its not just atheists. The former pope, bishop of canterbury and many other religious leaders believe in evolution.
