I didn't quite read the workout right so I was doing 8 second March in Place(s)
They call it a 20 minute workout... but if you repeat the 4 minute interval set 7 times like they suggest... you're going to 28 minutes plus a 2 minute cool down. Go for all seven if you can. I did it 6 times. Doing it 5 times would feel like a nice brisk workout if that's all you've got time for. I can't wait to record myself doing these exercises again later when I've lost some weight! :)
2 minute Warmup
12 seconds Jumping Jacks
18 seconds March in Place
12 seconds Speed Skater
18 seconds March in Place
12 seconds High Knees
18 seconds March in Place
12 seconds Twist
18 seconds March in Place
"Repeat above intervals 7 more times in the order liste"
2 minute Cool Down
