  • Is it recommended to do the Yellow Bamboo practice with a teacher in person (as to make sure the student is doing the techniques right)?

  • @xololt1 you can, and it would be helpful, but it's not absolutely necessary- you can succeed by doing everything the way the instructional video shows.. the practices are not that hard :)

  • Some say that many of these centers are under the care and supervision of higher entities and that when a person has reached a moral and ehtical maturaty they will help in the development of these centers. I feel like engaging onself and atempting to manipulate these centers is dangerous and poeple should do a lot more research before atempting to do these exercises.

  • @starwars15500 it's not dangerous as long as the student goes *slow*, remembers not to rush :) That's why i emphasize that a lot in this series

  • It iseems to me that this system seems to be dangerous. There are many sources that say that these "short cut" methods are harmful and could actually cause regress. I know of a man who decided to meditate full time for approx. 6 months, was successful in releasing the kundalini and shortly thereafter he died. Traditional systems are saying that it takes many years and some will say that it would take many incarnations before you reach these levels.

  • @starwars15500 the system isn't dangerous as long as the student is patient and takes care not to jump levels previous to when he/she is ready to do so, that's why it is recommended 2 months *minimum* per level
