Does anyone know any good people that can volunteer to go and help clear the sidewalks for the senior citizens and disabled at the Housing Commission at 601 Port St.? City Manager Frank Walsh doesn't give a shit about doing it. The seniors and disabled are trapped in their apartments. HELP THEM!

Make a video at the Housing Commission at 601 Port St. after a snow storm. Its the high rise on the river by the drawbridge and its fir the senior citizens and disabled. Film the front and back parking lot and the street leading to the back parking lot. The rest of the city gets plowed but City Manager Frank Walsh doesn't care about our senior citizens.

Drive by the high rise at 601 Port St. and look at the snow covered parking lot the senior citizens have to try to drive through and notice how the rest of the city is plowed. City Manager Frank Walsh is a miser with the St. Joseph Housing Commission.
