Mark Chironna, new age guru and "physician of the soul," was marketing his materials on occult and spiritualist web sites while he was appearing as a major fund raiser for TBN Telethons and regularly hosting "Praise the Lord" segments for TBN. In 2004 Mark Chironna was exposed to TBN and local "Christian" television broadcasters for mailing from his ministry an offer of a magic "Holy Spirit" prayer cloth for $100.00; $200.00 if he wore the magic prayer cloth while he was "preaching" or "teaching" before he sent it to you.

The "Christian" stations, of course, did NOT remove Mark Chironna from their program schedules, but Mark did agree to remove his materials from the occult web sites. Fortunately someone was alert enough to copy these materials before Mark could conceal his connections and protect his scam.

Mark Chironna is an "Apostle" recognized by Peter Wagner's "International Coalition of Apostles." Mark runs his own marketing scheme under the name, "Legacy Alliance."

  • Many a well trained Bible preacher quickly succumbs to the pitfalls of the 'error of Balaam' and becomes more and more susceptible to other deceptions when they follow ungodly gain.

  • Hi connectcharlie, I don't think "Fake Dr." Chironna actually is a trained preacher. He was one that chose the "preaching" because he was not good enough to compete in the secular world with his psychic friends. He found it easier to dupe "Christians" on TBN than spiritualists in the new age markets.

  • Chironna and Wagner are both false teachers. Do you know what has become of the Crouch performers? They used to hog up two hours on the TCT Christian network, but I don't think they've been on in well over a year.

Come quickly Lord Jesus, I'm getting a headache. :-\

  • Hi, Mark got his "Ph.D" from Vision U, a non-accredited online school where many of the Peter Wagner "apostles" get their "Dr." Mark and Peter Wagner have both been listed on the advisory board of the school. Mark should really be arrested for fraud. His ministry is located in Florida and in Florida it is illegal to list unearned degress when marketing products.

  • Wow. Crazy.

  • Thanks Zigzag, I have been trying to work out a way to post all of the New Age web sites he was on. I discovered them after I received the "holy spirit" prayer cloth offer from him. I sent the information to Channel 55 in Orlando and TBN. Mark got off the sites, but 55 and TBN left him on the air as usual.

He was partially responsible for wrecking the Pine Castle UMC too. The Pastor's wife got "ordained" by Chironna and the church imploded.

  • what a wolf in sheep's clothing this guy is.

  • I didn't know Lil' Jimmy was a Gospel Singer.

  • Amen, dimel60. There is a famine of the Word of God in churches today, especially those churches connected with Peter Wagner and his 500+ prophets of perversion.

  • "My people perish from a lack of knowledge"

We need to study to show ourselves approved, for a change.

Most would not be deceived by men like this, if they knew what the Bible teaches!

  • Even so Come Lord Jesus...

    Quickly!

  • There are so many of these scam artists and fakes that the term "Christian" has almost lost its meaning. Turn on Christian TV and you get fortune tellers selling "secret knowledge" or someone trying to sell you a "God moving" magic trinket.

  • Hi, Dulcenaya, What is really sinister about this guy is that he invades many churches with his Legacy Alliance scheme. He "sells" ordinations to people involved in ministry for a cut of their salary and ministry revenues. In Orlando, a Methodist pastor's wife signed on with him and then listed herself on UMC website as an ordained minister. I tried to tell the people in the church that part of their tithes were going to Mark Chironna. This is so sinister it is hard for people to believe.
