The best place to live, live in Tijuana and work in San Diego, if you want to make money. Even if you earn the minimum wage, you will always make money, because the rent in Tijuana is cheaper, it costs around 300 dollars per month.

okay, when you talk about avg wage its still all relative to cost of living. If you make $5000 dollars a day but the cost of a liter of milk is $50 dollars your going to want to live where you make $1500 but milk is only $10 dollars
