if she really wanted to say a smart answer she could've said the tourism guy should focus and support the areas of Cebu's domestic industry that have a comparative advantage against foreign developed countries. This way, the Philippines, not just Cebu, will experience a reallocation of resources away from unefficient industries to industries whose productivity and efficiency exceeds those in foreign countries.

hmmm I guess she knew that ostriches don't fly... so she's using that as a symbol, right? lol medical tourism=ostrich. how to make an ostrich fly, it would take a miracle... but medical tourism could be much more possible. hahaha ... right. Overall, she answered the question well but rambled on for a bit just to make it sound lengthy. oh well, but no way can you compare this girl to the Binibinig Philippines winner who makes no sense.
