WOW!!! I knew she had power but this just further proves she's one of the greatest, if not THE greatest singer, male or female, of all time.

watching 'famous mormons' I (re)discovered Gladys Knight - her voice is well recognized to our ears her in Europe, but actually her name alone wouldn't have rang the bell! So I started digging into YouTube clips about Gladys and ... to my surprise I mentioned her voice was as strong age 17 as it is today! So I kept on searching - O BOY!!! I guess she has been singing in God's choir as a soloist before she came on earth! I guess as a little child she must have sung lovely already!

Hi a few years back. They had a all star benefit concert here in New York at MSG.
and they had stars from Jessica Simpson to Britney Spears to Aretha and Gladys .
They had news crews doing to interviews in the lobby. 80% of those were interview were like . where here to see Gladys ! and i remember sitting threw performer after performer thinking when is Gladys coming out then right after Aretha the house went completely blk and then heard. I GOTTA A TRAIN TO CATCH ! it was Gladys !
