@mudkeepz i second that benchmade is cool but for what you get most of the stuff is over priced and to me spyderco has the best edge geometry of all the productions

I just got my STR clip for my CB G10 JYDII. It's Ti and a lowrider. It makes an awsome knife just about perfect. Nice reveiw Coltrane.

I can't understand what Kershaw was thinking with that clip. It's a fantastic knife, but with that clip, it looks like the cheap knives you see in the plastic cases at a truck stop.

i like the pocket clip. the design is outstanding. here in thailand, carrying a pocket clip won't be stopped by the officers, unless you use it illegally, that is not self protection. good review. own one and will buy a few more for keep. tks.

I took my rotary tool to the clip...cut the two flaring sides off with an abrasive disc & gave it a sanded finish. It has a sparkling brushed metal look. Now the clip, rather than a joke, is wicked cool looking....

i saw the jyd 1 in my local sporting goods shop and was sorta suprised since flippers are illigal in Canada o.O and it is a flipper, so not entirely sure how or why they were selling it XD looks awesome though.

I think that clip ruins the whole knife... now that I really look at it I realize it wouldn't be that bad with a normal clip on it. Just looking at it the ergonomics look great

to each there own. i believe kershaw puts a better edge on their knives. not much to argue there. i've owned a lot of both brands and every kershaw i've owned has been sharper from the factory than any benchmade i've ever owned.
