I'm not so sure as to the extent of these "suggestions". It seems to me that the author is merely elaborating upon the implications of what is eluded to by our Lord in His description of the fire which cannot be quenched.
It may likewise be suggested to us that in heaven we may have enjoy peace with God, and it's implications.
I don't see anything here which contradicts biblical teaching on the matter.
Be aware that this man is literally putting "suggestions" in your mind. I am not sure that he even knows what he is doing. When you feed the mind "suggestions" they can very easily slip into the subconscious mind and create that very thing that was suggested. This person may or may not be working for Satan... proceed with caution and complete awareness.
