@shizandrafly Yes and No!! Deep breathing all the time makes no sense just as over eating all the time would be pretty stupid! We should breathe the volume of air per min our body metabolism needs, not more or less. Climbing a mountain you will need a higher volume of air per minute than if you are watching TV. Are you saying don't do deep breathing? If so, why not and what do you recommend?
