  • are the ppl at the nws dumbasses THIS IS THE LAST TIME IM SAYING THIS THE DEWPOINT HAS TO B 65 AND THE HUMIDITY HAS TO B 50%. l:(

  • Umm, where do you get this information? I've looked all over and I can't find anything that says you need to have a 65° dewpoint or 50% humidity for a Severe Thunderstorm Watch.

The SPC (not the NWS - get your facts right) issues a Severe Thunderstorm Watch because they feel there that the conditions are favorable for severe thunderstorms. Not because the dewpoint or humidity have reached a certain point.

  • @beanboy89 In a nutshell, he's asking why the announcer doesn't say everything on the bulletins.

  • i had a tornado warning in july 31 LOL

  • Because there's not enough time for the announcer to read the whole thing...

  • Coincidence! The same tune as the Local on The 8s I watched!

    Also, on the same date!

On June 22, 2008, Springfield, Vt was loud! A strong T-storm, I heard thunder that was at least getting on the loud side then even when things were OK on Main Street, a fire truck goes by with the horn sounding!

When that T-storm passed, TWC displayed a severe T-storm warning, typical, but TWC mentioned baseball size hail in that warning, for central NH, IIRC. Then shortly after, a tornado warning occured!

  • Love this tune on the weather channel cd!

  • it is i was asking why that anouncer doesnt read the hole thing it shows cuz he never does on our tv

  • yeah it's true i think what bean boy says is right cuz they issue that only if it feels like a storm could hit but like tornadoes not the dewpoint its like arond 70 i think that is then u could when hot mixes with cold it forms 1 but there bot fell warm and some cold but nice video! tornadoes can hit anytime!

  • So you know which Interstate I'm on?
