"Tekkenomics Combo Video #1" Production Notes
-----------------Beginning Process-----------------
I began by just putting together all of the videos that was captured.  I was just going to put the videos together to see how things were going to look, so that I can get an idea of how to do other videos as soon as all of the combos were captured from my memory card.
----------------Background Music----------------
I started off by selecting "It's Going Down" by the X-Ecutioners.  This is one of my favorite songs, and I wanted to use this song for something, even if it was going to be used in a test file.  This is the first and only song that I tried out because it worked so well with the combos.
------------------Creating the Video------------------
All of the combos in the video were grouped by the fighter that performs the combo.  The way that I inserted the combos into the video was by just selecting the files in alphabetical order by the filename given to it during the actual capturing process.
After all the videos were inserted, I viewed the product.  From watching this, I got a few ideas about moving a few combos around.  Because of this some combos fit in perfectly to the lyrics and beat of the song.  I liked how things turned out, so I decided to keep it.
-----------------Interesting Facts-----------------
- This is the first combo video that I have ever created.- The jump with Bryan and Hwoarang was done in a match between the CPU and me.  I was trying to do a combo starter while the CPU was just trying to do a kick.  It just worked out that we both missed each other.  It was also by coincidence that Hwoarang's combos began right after that jump.- During the capture process, Paulinstein came up with an idea about repeating a few frames within one of the Marshall Law combos.  This is what you see at time "2:01" within the final product.  This was actually done before I started putting the combos together into a video, so I was pleased how wellthat went with the scratched beat part of the song.- I decided to leave a pause in one of the Lee Chaolan combos because it fit well with the word "stop" in the song at "2:08".  The jump at "3:20" with Lei and Law was also done in a match between the CPUand me.  I decided to keep this because of the fact that the moves were performed at the same exact time.  It also fits in with the words "like this".  Notice towards the end of the movie how well the combos and moves match up with the words "like this".
