RINSO-DO exhibited its "Locky Memory" USB flash drive, which comes with a function to set a numeric password, at the Spring 2009 Tokyo International Gift Show.
The Locky Memory is available in three storage capacities including a 4GB drive, an 8GB drive, and a 16GB drive. The new flash drive can read data at a maximum transfer speed of 8MB/s and can write data at a maximum speed of 7MB/s.
