why would you support the american diet a little bit and help to introduce more fruits etc.-having a little fun. having a little fun brings us these fat woman who get institutionalized at record numbers. you eat healthy or you don't - there is no lame excuse in life-except for people who want to have fun in this department.

Good stuff, but I have a bit of a complicated question. I'm a vegan, and I ferment every food I eat. What is the vegan community's take on the fermentation of raw foods?
I make things like sauerkraut, tempeh, fermented fruit juice. What about fermenting raw vegan foods? Any word on em?

What bodies? Just saw heads and shoulders ... How bizarre, how bizarre ?!

Great video, Matt. You do a good job hand-holding the camera, but I think you'd love a "Steady Stick." "Google it. It's a belt around your waist with a stick to which you attach the camera and allows you to move around and hold the video camera rock steady. Honestly, though, you do a great job, Paul Nisson's the guy that really needs a Steady Stick (shaky, shaky, shaky). Love you both, though!

I love their approach to raw food. It makes since for the mainstream....LOVE THEM! They are as beautiful on the inside as they are on the out....big hearts and glistening eyes. They are totally for real.

Lovely :) Their voices are so relaxing too!
LOVE IT!!! do what is good for you, a little raw or a lot raw just get some in there. It is always refreshing to hear from those that are not the " in your face" about 100% raw.

Oh, they are great ladies! Love the advice about listening to your own body's needs. Indeed, there is so much pressure, even judgment in aspects of the raw movement--"it's all or none, or ya haven't reached the mountain top." For some, the Middle Path is the optimal path rather than any one particular extreme...
