My friends and I tried cooking a turkey for the first, and probably the last time. We aimed high and went for a 20 pounder. Despite being frozen after 3 days of thawing, we ran enough hot water through it to get it into the oven by 4pm. After 6 hours of basting, a juicy and great tasting turkey came out of the oven. Down side was we were all filled up on the side dishes by that time. Turkey for everyone to bring home!
