You see, when you mix two races together you don't get another race. For example the person is half-black, half-white. The person did not turn into a different race because no one can be different from their parents. Having a white parent and a black parent and yet being a different race from your parents doesn't make sense. Everyone is a part of their parents races. So, bi-racials are a member of two races and that's kinda awesome.

She is white:Fact.
She is black:Fact
That's what bi-racial means. It means to be two races. Saying she's not white is not showing both races and also that's separating her from her mom. Now saying she's not "just" white is a better way to say it. People should drop the habit of saying bi-racials are neither black nor white. They're both. Two races can't equal to nothing or another race.
