Marvel vs Capcom 3: Tron Bonne combo video by Persona (MvC3 Gameplay/Tutorial)

Marvel vs Capcom 3 combo video (ver. 1.03) showcasing what Tron Bonne is capable of, be that old, new, practical or impractical.

-COMMENTS-
Tron Bonne has so many ways to combo into one attack into another but she can pretty much fit in most of what she is capable of into one long combo which made making this video difficult in terms of variety. She does have quite a few character specific combos so I guess it pumps up the variety a bit. Be prepared to see tons of hammer bashing!

-NOTES-

1) Arthur: People familiar with Tron Bonne will notice something odd about this combo (which only seems to work on Arthur, She-Hulk, and Viewtiful Joe). You can also add in extra damage after a delayed air combo with a dp L and then into an OTG combo.
2) Akuma: Aiming for both damage and meter gain. Her qcf P seems to have affect hit stun deterioration less than most normal attacks because if I add anything else instead of the qcf P, the opponent will be able to break out of the combo near the end.
3) Doctor Doom: Showing some hit trading methods. I was also able to use both meters to use unlike the previous combo. The rdp H (press H rapidly) before the qcf PP must not hit until the final hit or else Doctor Doom will break out of the combo due to hit stun deterioration.
4) She-Hulk: A character specific loop that can keep going on and on until you run out of hyper meter. There isn't any special setup to it. As long as the first hit of the dp PP hits, you can keep repeating the loop although it's much easier to keep the loop going if you start the loop while they're airborne. Seems to work only on Doctor Doom and She-Hulk.
5) She-Hulk: Six meter combo. Six Servbot Surprises (King Kobun). Lots of hammers.
6) Thor: Similiar to the previous combo but aims for only five meters that defeats Thor (character with most health in game). The rdp H (press H rapidly) before the qcf PP must not hit until the final hit or else Thor will break out of the combo due to hit stun deterioration.
7) Thor: An infinite combo which is completely impractical. Each repetition must connect at the last frame before the opponent is able to break free from the stun lock.
8) Zero: A silly combo with just enough time to add in a taunt inbetween hits.

  • 1:44 SHE-HULK'S BOOBS WAS BEING GRABBED BY THE ROBOT ROLMFAO!

    !

  • Please please dont tell me they patched that Tron loop for Ultimate.................. That was hilarious lol

  • @homerunboi sup.. iv been playin MVC2 sense it first came out on the dream cast and i have an original copy of it on playstation2. I play I started playing MVC3 and i have to disagree and say MVC2 is wayyyyyyyyyyy more unbalanced than 3. MVC3 is more balanced because of the simple fact that basically 95% of the roster can go beast mode on u. on MVC2 yeah u can pick any character you want but if it wasnt Storm, Magneto, sentinal, doom, Cable, psylock or captain commando.--> up hill battle

  • so does that hyper loop work on everybody or certain characters?

  • @RichterVonFuchs i hope so

  • @opuil nope, it's a combo video, it's like doing trick shots in a FPS. It just looks cool it's not practical most of the time or require too much executions.

  • @homerunboi the game is not really THAT unbalanced. I'm just not fond of X-factor.

Marvel vs Capcom 2 is not more balanced (in my opinion it's less balanced.) However you are right that people who learn combos MvC2 are generally more skilled than those in MvC3 because MvC2 has very tight combo executions where MvC3 you have more freedom.

Thought that's just one aspect. I'm personally more of a fan of MvC3 myself.

  • wow im suppose to play this?

  • @madonnasantoddio cuz they're cod players. They have nothing else better to do, lol.

And I just don't like the game cuz it's unbalanced. I've played MvC2, and in my opinion, it's better than MvC3. If u don't think so, then fine by me, but it feels so unbalanced. Luckily, thanks to updates to Ultimate MvC3, they're going to make the game require some more skill. Those who learn these combos are skilled, but as far as i go, it doesn't count in an unbalanced game like this.
