bad cough and bad gastrointestinal problems in week 3. Body didnt react well to a 2nd cheat meal. Guess you cant really cheat your body. week 3 exercise wise was a success. hard cardio to finish the week and definite results to show it. focusing on alleviating cough and getting better for week 4. the manager told everyone is sick in the gym this month - thats not good news for me since im there 6 days out of the week.
