Omar Sharif is absolutly gorgeous. I watch Lawrence of Arabia frequently, for the movie alone, and also to contemplate Omar's gorgeousness. He is still a very handsome and charming man but back in those days he was at the high of his beauty.
The 7 pillars of wisdom is a great book, but not like the movie which is inaccurate but truly loved for its cinematography and romantic perspective on a hero who's real life was just as amazing if not more than the movie. I still find myself after so many times watching the movie mesmerised by the magic of it all despite its inaccuracies, if they remade the movie there could only be one actor - Daniel Craig
yeah good choice... though if i were the filmmaker, i'd be too intimidated to remake lawrence... u see each of these scenes and there's no way u can think u can do a better job or put a more interesting twist on it.
