@timedwa Are you sure your turned the volume up when comparing especially guitars?! Well, I really HATE the soundsystem of the tyros and must admit i like lot of sounds of the kn 6000, but NEVER are the guitars deeper in depth nor realistic than in ANY tyros :)

personally all keyboards from the Yamaha Tyros series including the new Tyros 4 sound pretty cheesy and cheap. Yeah there are some off sounds on this but in the right hands these things sound brilliant. had mine since it came it, never would part with it.

i have a tyros 3 and i think the technics kn6000 sounds far better .and the sounds in the technics are much more deeper in depth and are more realistic than tyros's

Technics have always made good keyboards. Good enough for recording.
I've used mine on my MIDI SYMPHETTE FOR PSEUDO FOUR PIECE. Paste the title into the bar or click my name to watch.
