@cavscout888 That radio message was probably broadcast on the correct atc centre freq was recorded by the centre as is standard practice. All ATC chatter is recorded.
The light aircraft just used and monitored 1 nav freq, the PAF and CIA monitor every freq. They made a mistake on not broadcasting on the ATC channel, assuming a drug runner would not be using ATC freq's.
