Metropolis Quartet- The 4th Floor Show

In 1995 Metropolis was asked to star in a pilot taping of a new show starring Ellen DeGeneres' brother Vance. The show was called The 4th Floor Show and the concept was that he had a limited budget and had to shoot his TV show in his office on the 4th floor at his job.

In this scene, Vance sings to all the "untalented" people that are the reason his show can exist. Vance sings "Wind Beneath My Wings" and as you can tell, it gets a little crowded.

E! showed interest in the show and did another pilot taping on the same stage they shoot Talk Soup. The show aired in 1995 around 12:30am and didn't get much attention. It was still a fun experience.
