Taekwondo University Students

These are your Requirements for the Next Two Months

Note*-Orange Belts Do NOT have One-Steps

Chon-Ji literally means 'Heaven and Earth'. In the Orient it is interpreted as the beginning of the world or the creation of human history, therefore it is the initial pattern performed by the beginner. It consists of two similar parts, one representing Heaven and the other representing the earth.

  • learn to chamber ur punches. High or Low one or the other not both.

  • your wrist is bent when you punch.

If you hit something hard with your wrist like that you will break it!!!"!

Oh, and learn sine wave ;-)

  • The videos are wonderful. I was wondering for future instructional videos, could you count off the steps in the pattern? I noticed you counting in class and the counting on the videos would help with home practice. Thanks for all that you do.
