lovely Dean organ, I wonder if the snare drum up inside the main case behind the pipes also plays, that makes 3 snare drums! not many organs have that

relax rot. The Biphones on Carl Freis where always slightly (only slightly out) most of the time to give it that distinctive sound.

I can remember seeing this organ at a steam rally in Cornwall quite a few years ago and buying a tape of it.

It's such a long time ago that I can't really say. Usually organs like this have a cardboard stack with holes that is fed into the mechanism to read the notes.
