  • Sorry, I don't know what kind of tea are you referring to take at least 3-5 minutes brewing time. I am making high mountain tea or oriental beauty from Taiwan.

  • @Siafulinux the second put was darker, as it was a black tea. oolong is lighter in color and flavor (generally speaking, that is unless it's been infused with something to alert or enhance the natural body. Hope that helps.

  • @BloodRose123100 5-8 mins? That must be bitter as hell. I don't brew my green or oolong tea for any more than 1 min. Pour water again and brew it several times, it's the best way.

  • tea should be brewed anywhere from 5-8 min depending on the type. 50 seconds just wont do it. even though some of you may disagree, i know this from experience and you need at least 3-5 min for most tea.
