  • Sorry folks, this is a demonstration of "roll and fall on demand", and says nothing, if anything, about the art!

  • this is a joke.

  • i practice aikido and love it mostly but some of his demo is a bit embarrassing. I wish the randori part was stopped during demonstrations. its just daft looking. the 4 guys would make mince meat of him and deep down they and ando probably know it

  • He does remind me of the great man Shioda. However, a lot of this is, as Sensei Henry Ellis would say, Ukemi for the sake of Ukemi. I prefer watching the likes of Donovan Waite and Shoji Nishio.

  • THis is an awesome demo. Ando Shihan moves just like Gozo Shioda. Thanks for sharing.

  • What a wanker held the camera?!!

  • Have you studied any art that uses energy and joint manipulation? Trust me, after taking Martial arts since I was 6 years old, I know wht has practical aplication. Aikido defnately works in the practical.

  • Train with him and see if he is playing, I know he is not. Masters make things look easy. Give him the respect he deserves.

  • skillz...

  • It was a cool looking demo except for the camera going out of focus like 15 times. Also it was crazy funny to watch him fight those 4 guys.
