Anyone suffering from ACNE please try GROUND FLAX SEED!! I dont even have to buy products anymore to keep my skin clear from bumps. MY dermatologist failed to tell me that ACNE SUFFERERS ARE OMEGA3 DEFICIENT!!! why? ... bcuz they make no money that way! I suffered for 13yrs and now im 2yrs clear after takin 3tbsp a day of GROUND FLAX. Now im not gonna tell u the brand name cuz im not endorsing anyone but plz guys, go out and buy FLAX. It only cost $6. My face, back and chest is FLAWLESS!!!!
