iPhone/iPod Touch 2.2.1 (redsn0w) Jailbreaks Are Out

In this video, I discuss the iPhone and iPod Touch (redsn0w) jailbreaks. Not much has changed on the iPhone side of things and this is mostly why I chose not to the do a walkthrough like I did for iPhone 2.2. The 2nd gen iPod touch however, has recently been jailbroken using an unsupported (read: you can brick your iPod) version of redsn0w. You can check out the details at http://redsn0w.com. Remember this method is not supported and could render your device useless. I've jailbroken my iPhone 2.2.1 and the process was seamless. I use 10.5.6 of Mac OS X and I have a USB hub so I didn't experience of the DFU issue. Please read http://blog.iphone-dev.org for detailed instructions what you should do given your issue.
