I "get the big chunks" of Shimmer Paint off my stamps with an alcohol-free baby wipe first, then scrub it with Stampin' Mist on my Stampin' Scrub...just like I treat my Craft Ink stamp cleaning. It saves on clouding up your Stampin' Scrub for the next stamp cleanings if you can get the majority off the stamp first.
Don't forget to periodically clean your Stampin' Scrub pads as I describe in the video to start fresh after awhile!
