(Via http://www.mediamatters.org ) Citing no evidence, Sean Hannity twice stated that 20,000 people gathered to protest health care reform at a GOP rally on Capitol Hill -- a claim he later walked back drastically -- while MSNBC reported that Capitol police estimated the crowd at only 4,000; prior to the rally, Hannity said crowds at the event -- which he and other Fox News figures heavily promoted -- would be "massive." Conservative media previously inflated crowd estimates for the 9-12 March on Washington.

  • if media matters is going to be partisan then they need to lose their tax exempt status immediately.

  • First of all if you had even an iota of intellectual ability, you'd see that this is NOT posted by Media Matters. Why is it that you right-wing jizz buckets get all upset when someone shoves the EXACT words of your idols back in your face? Really you people a pathetic and ignorant.

  • I'd like to see your video about United Nations Agenda 21 and ICELI being implemented in USA at the moment.

  • Fox News = Racist = Propaganda = Lies = Hypocrites = Clueless = Wrong

  • I think the crowd just had the weight of 20,000 people.

  • Another FOX rally?

  • About 4,000 fat white people.
