What do I do if I downloaded a theme, and i set it, and the theme is the only thing I have, I cant see anything else! Someone HELP!

when I go on sections, I only have these "All Packages, Addons (Cydget), Administration, Multimedia, Networking, Packaging, Productivity, Repositories, Security, System, Terminal Support, Tweaks" :/ the iPhone I jailbroke was on 4.3.3
