That "dot" you're talking about is the same Space-time where in now just vastly expanded and cooled from it's initial state, and i'm not sure about it spinning at that time but even if it's true your angular momentum assumes whole entire Galaxies, Suns and Planets pop right out the the Big Bang rather than those forming later on with local Forces affect the rotation
