look i know how to fix it u have to factory data reset the phone my phone did the sam thing but i fix it in one day put it in r/c mode then wipe it it did that because u took something off the phone if u keep leting it do that it will not come on no more

also when you boot into hboot are you able to scroll down to clear storage let me know if that works.
