  • that is so interesting how humans are very intuitive for healing themselves. I always see many business men/women who adopt that hand pose at meetings.

    

  • @FairyFederation Isn't it wild? Actors and actresses use it alot, too, when they're giving awards speeches. Have you tried it for yourself? What were the circumstances, and what happened after you did it?

    I'm sorry you're having problems with the energy in your house. I totally understand. We're gifted with the ability to sense clearly and to the core, but the trick is to find ways to protect ourselves, too, since there's no reason we have to suffer. Being sensitive is a gift, not a punishment.

    How are you doing? How have the mudra and visualization been working for you? 

  • thank you so much, I am a strong empath and Ive been struggling on how to protect myself from other negative energy and absorbing it :( . I have even woken up in terror in mid night when people in the house have been fighting and it affects my health strongly. I will try the crossed ankled and the hand position plus will affirm what you suggested :)
