How can BMI over 24 be small? I think under 20 is small. Or does BMI charts differ between countries? My understanding is, that 20-24 is normal and >25 is overweight.

Hi. I just found your vlog. very inspiring. I'm banded 2 years but on a wicked plateu. I have a fill appt. on 10/15 and am going to work my band and get to goal! Nice to see someone there already!

@supaflyflip Thanks for being a part of my journey! I believe God led me to this YouTube community way back when I was researching the lapband. He knew what He was doing. Others inspired me...now I can pass it on! Praise Him!

@moviestartaal Thanks so much...yes this is one of my all-time favorite songs. I knew when I saw a montage by Melanie, skymoon1982, (a long time ago) that I would use that song if the day ever came that I could make a video like that! That day came ;)
