Yeah, GLaDOS tries to kill you because the tests for the portal gun are complete and you are no longer required. I think she just wants any witnesses of the device to be killed.

@StealthKing95 That i cannot agree with, controls are much easier on PC. I much rather use mouse for aiming than joysticks. Unless you were referring to something else didnt get.
