The Open Doors Now LEGO Robotics club Demolition Bot Challenge

The goal in this challenge is to create an autonomous or remote-controlled LEGO robot that will destroy all the LEGO buildings in the 4'x4' arena.

Ram Bot is a remote-controlled robot. This robot uses two RCX controllers: one in the Ram Bot itself and the other as the remote control. The robot is controlled by pressing one or more of 3 buttons on the remote. The remote control sends an Infrared Message to the Ram Bot. The RCX controller was used instead of the IR remote control to prevent it from interfering with any other active RCX robots.

Open Doors Now is a group of educational professionals and parents/caregivers of Asperger's and High Functioning Autistic students. Their level of expertise varies from over 20 years spent teaching Asperger's and Autistic students to brand-new but eager (desperate!) to learn. They are united in the belief that their efforts make a difference in the lives of these children.
