I never really cared for G.I. Joe. It was one of those things that taught us how boys should act (badass and willing to kiss ass), while Barbie taught girls that they should be prissy, narcissistic, material freaks. Remember, kids: if you're not a badass redneck like GI Joe or as rich and prissy as Barbie, then you're nobody. Thanks, 1980s, and especially the Reagan administration, for promoting the "I wanna be like everybody else" mentalities of people today.
