I think the real Patriot Weapon is a Kalashnikov designed weapon, if I want an AR15 there will be plenty laying around on the ground. I choose the RPK being feed with 79 round drums, other than long range sniping it can do it all with a good scope and other necessary accessories. It's bullet don't get deflected like a 5.56 round does either. I was trained in the Army on the AR15 and M60A1, but I think when all is weighed, this RPK will serve me better than even an M60 could.

i love this song. as far as the AR15 goes i think it is a great weapon because it is basically the same weapon i trained on and used while in the Army. yes there are weapon platforms that are better suited for SHTF in terms of ruggedness like the AK being able to operate with minimal service and cleaning but the AR is a great weapon and if cared for and serviced properly is a great SHTF weapon.
