Swamp Music Players.perform a cover of the song Gwyneth Paltrow made famous, in the movie of the same name. This is the lovely "Country Strong".

The Swamp Music Players are a collective of local Vancouver Island musicians with a love for Country, New Orleans Rhythm and Blues,,Delta Blues, Cajun rock,Southern rock and Swamp Pop.

Connexion Rural was a fundraiser for the Ascoderu non-profit which provides economical communications in the rural Congo. Filmed at Merlin's Sun Home Theatre in Victoria BC Canada. Special thanks to Tim Gosley for letting us have the charity show in such a lovely venue !
