  • Business is about relationships. Business can be about money and profits if you like, but if you improve the way you relate to people, you will have true happiness and true success. The money will come in without even trying to do the business part so well. If you are the boss, and are a big jerk, how much employee turover will you have? More importantly, when you assign a task, how much effort will the employee put into it? Money saved from less turn over and more effort is invaluable.

  • @openbsdexpert and what point is that? everything he has said is nothing new, i checked his bio, he is an academic, and in fact didnt talk so much about business more about relationship problems, and how he helped someone become more popular

  • You seemed to have missed the point. If you check his BIO he has done a lot. Enjoy your rotten life as I am sure you 100% better than all of us.

    Cheers

  • reinventing the wheel, would be great if he started his own business, became a world leader in that field, and then talked. Most of these gurus are armchair generals who rarely work at the coal face or the front line
