This is my Kodak ESP 5210 all-in-one printer. I had the same problem here with the original, so customer service sent me out a replacement. When the replacement had the same exact issue, I asked for my money back. They refused. I always thought Kodak was a trustworthy company, turns out that's not the case. Don't buy a Kodak printer unless you can afford to throw your money away.

  • its the easiest thing in the world to fix. that grey little tab that holds the paper in line so it doesnt do that, just slide it over till its snug against the paper

  • @helfrich518 I'm familiar enough with technology to figure out a "fix" that simple. I did everything in my power to align the paper properly, including moving the little plastic guide. Unfortunately that little plastic lever isn't going to stop the rollers in the machine from grinding or prevent the back of the printer from popping off.

  • I cant hear a thing

  • @Hottelio120 Your speakers must be broken.

  • Not only did they refuse my refund, they kept referring me to their phone support and asking me to give them a chance to resolve the issue! We corresponded over e-mail, a different person responded each time and it was obvious that they only read my most current e-mail, even though they asked that I include all correspondence.

  • I'm in "paper jam hell" also...with Kodak Easyshare 5500 all in one. One time, printer grabbed 20 pages at once.."paper jam" and I pulled them back oute) through the front. But, I got all bits of paper out. "rear access door". Now perpetual "paper jam". I have a feel it's a bent or broken "paper sensor", but I could never get tech support to give me info on the sensors (I asked for at least a photo of where they are). I've tried all the other tips to no avail.

  • You can get a refund I did

Just keep sending the unit back

I did it 8 times and got a ph #

    for the USA office

I finally wore them down and they offered me a refund

It probably cost them more in shipping then the printer cost

I would take it out of the box do a scan put it back in the box and send it back within 8 min.

It's a pain but just keep calling them and if your not happy keep sending them back .

Hope you get a refund . Don't give up .

  • KODAK Easyshare are a con!!
