Touhou Project Review

Hey Angeldarksong here.

I thought that we needed some sort of a review so i whipped up a review on a game i had been recently playing. The games that are shown here for anyone intrested are Touhou Project 7 Perfect Cherry Blossom and Touhou Project 8 Imperishable Night

i will apologise for the sound quality and the frame rate of the second half of the video in advance, like i said i whipped it up and my tower hasnt been functioning properly.

Er other than that i guess you should check out the walkthroughs that we currently have running and look out for another review by the end of the week.

you should totally redo this review when you fix your stuff up :P Or try one of the spinoff games (PatchCon, Super Marisa Land, etc.), or one of the fighters/2-player games. 'Twould be interesting to expose Touhou more. :)

yeah, ive only been playing for a month but i hear that IN on lunatic is one of the hardest in the series, i think i would like to do Scarlet Weather Rhapsody or Shoot the Bullet, i found them to be very intresting and yeah the point of this review is to try and expose Touhou to western audiences

i love the touhou series but theres two things i don't like with the games and now i gonna have a pile of people yelling at me saying that im a troll and all that stuff.

the first thing i don't like with the series is that there´s only female characters.

the second thing i don´t like that if you read the dialogs when you´re fighting a boss it´s like they start fighting for no reason

Touhou project isnt a game, its a game series.. why do you call it a single game? there are many games of it.. even a ton of fangames

SWR is what got me to play it (stage 1 theme tune ^_^). Others can play blackops/halo all they like, this stuff is funny as hell (but beware rages that could involve throwing hardware),has nice tunes, is fun to pick up and play, but is still a lot more challenging.

Touhou's fanbase is really impressive, along with ALOT of fanmade content, like fanart, comics, animations, MV's, at least 1 meme for like every character, and even spin-off games made by them.
