the turbans version,the jay and the americans version not only make people want to dance,but put a lot of:) :) :) :) on peoples faces.it did when i found a copy in the early 1980s(the turbans) and 1993(jay and the americans version).both very good.

supermanchu -- others were Clovers, Five Satins..couple of groups from Bmore -- Orioles, Swallows and Cardinals...Royalettes from our town had a sweet buttery sound with "Going to Take a Miracle"...other east coast, mid-west groups had numerous great doo woppers as did LA in the birth and popularity of the genre.
