could someone tell me how even though i have unlocked the ability for morrigan to change into a bear and a swarm it isn't coming up as a spell in the radial menu

When you go to redcliff you will have the option of sacrificing isold, if you choose that you enter the fade. While in the fade talk to the demon at the end and choose the dialouge option to talk she will offer you a deal with rewards.Theres a few rewards to pick from but you can choose to become a Blood mage.This is the only way to become one.
