Princeton, NJ January 10, 2008 - Cass Cliatt, Princeton University Spokesperson describes the fire that was reported to local fire and police at approximately 2:30 p.m. at the College Road West residential units for Princeton faculty and staff. No one was injured in the fire, but much of the university building was destroyed and many residents will need to be relocated.
All residents of that University-owned faculty-staff residence have been contacted by the University's housing department, and arrangements for alternate housing have been made.
We've been to quite a few fires at the University and this was the first time I've seen a news report done. Good job. I'd like to see more of that in the future.
