@sweetaman1993 Well not all girls in India are traditional - i'm sure plenty are "corrupt" as well. Likewise not all girls in the US or UK are "awakened" as you call it? Regardless of the country you're going to get the typical sexist attiude from alot of families. As they say - you can take the person out of India (or Pakistan) but can't take the Indian out of the person! Like someone below mentioned it does depend on how you were raised. Some are more liberal than others.

u want to know the real difference between Indian girls from here and India. Simple. Indian girls (Gen x and y) from India 1) work 2) are indeed independent AND are able to carry out tradional activies of an Indian wife or a daughter in law.

They're not simply This or That... they can and do both. Congrats for using phrases like.. " awakened" and "tradional sexist families" for all. Ironically, you are the one genralizing.
