I don't understand. If he had initially invested $300,000 of his own money into the company, why would he sell 70% of it for a measly sum of $25,000? Makes no sense - at all.

@Kurolchi you didnt hear what he said. 25k for 51% he doesnt need the money. Hes looking for someone to do all the work and he profits from it. The shark would use his resources to sell millions. even if he gets 5 bucks (about 20% of the sale) per sale which is little yeah but over a large scale (1 million sold x $5.00 for doing nothing = 5 million) is a large chunk of money.

@Kurolchi if you actually watch the video on of the shark clearly states: "you are a doctor, so you really dont need the money, you are just looking for a strategic partner." He then says "yes" and nods his head.
