A taxi causes a blinding flash to be tripped on the OPPOSITE approach to a GATSO, and the following car BRAKES and swerves into a different lane.The DfT say there is NO EVIDENCE that GATSOs may cause accidents BUT look and learn.This is one of MANY dangerous cameras in the West Midlands.The DISGRACEFUL thing is that the police know about the fault, because I have SEEN the flash activated by police cars passing.The partnership hide the fact that MOST of the photos taken do NOT show speeding vehicles, but BORDERLINE ones are pushed through as prosecutions.The Magistrates operate in PARTNERSHIP with the police and believe everything they say.LUCKILY,in this clip no car was in the photo entrapment zone and LUCKILY when the car swerved into the nearside lane the lane was unoccupied.This video, taken October 2008, has NOT been faked.Play the clip in full, and stop it to read the annotations, and LEARN the truth.

.The secondary check is a false reassurance as(in a 40mph) a difference of 5mph shows as half a mark extra crossed at about 50 metres range.Impossible to judge accurately, especially at night.For REAL speedsters doing 50+mph the calibrations WILL provide strong evidence.A majority of drivers exceed by a small NOT dangerous amount and estimating the calibration evidence is VERY subjective.Photos are NOT always examined carefully, as the driver sent a NIP whilst PARKED near a camera will confirm.

How do you know that there is a working loaded camera in the housing? How?

How do you know that MOST of the photos taken do NOT show speeding vehicles, but BORDERLINE ones are pushed through as prosecutions? How?

The only reason motorists behave like idiots at camera locations is because;

1) They drive too close to the vehicle in front.

2) They drive too fast.

3) They don't pay attention to the advance warning signs, gateway signs & repeaters.

No evidence ever produced.

Loonygaggle( police plant).I KNOW there is a working camera in the housing based on a SIGNED statement from the CEU.Also I KNOW most of the photos are USELESS as evidence because the frequent FALSE activations(often 10 times in 10minutes) must often show NO vehicles in the entrapment zone.The truth is being hidden and the duff photos are being destroyed as unxplained.GULLIBLE magistrates believe the photos are foolproof and dish out guilty verdicts willy nilly.

How do you explain away the secondary check marks that give an excellent indication of the speed of a vehicle, based upon the two images taken 0.5/0.6 seconds apart?
